Who Benefits from Auction for Africa?

All proceeds from Auction for Africa will benefit these wonderful missionary groups and organizations:

ChildVoice works in Nigeria, South Sudan, and Uganda providing counseling, education, and life skills training to former child soldiers, refugees and those caught in the crosshairs of war and poverty.

The Selamta Family Project implements in-country family-based community integrated solutions focused on prevention and restoration of vulnerable children and families through intentional relationships with one child, one family at a time.

Youth Impact is a Christian outreach to the destitute orphan and marginalized children and teenagers in Ethiopia with the love of God in order for them to have faith, character, skills and become productive citizens of their nation.

Youth Impact currently operates in two rented houses, mentoring street boys,  and orphan boys, and also runs a library in a poor section of Addis Ababa in order to help the young develop the habit of reading and academic excellence.

American missionary, Jim Clarke, works with Wycliffe Bible Translators by training translators around the world and consulting on Bible translation projects. Jim helps ensure quality translation of the Bible into other languages. He is currently working in Zambia.

Young Life introduces adolescents to Jesus Christ and helps them grow in their faith.  Africa is a continent of young people with over 75% of the population of sub-Sahara Africa under the age of 25.

Since launching in Africa a little over a decade ago, Young Life has grown rapidly, reaching over 230,000 kids in a growing number of African countries.  This happens one child at a time.  An African proverb teaches the “slow way is the fast way” and that proverb has guided our vision for reaching every kid in every country in Africa.
